Positive Youth Development Fund
Founded in 1973, the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region, which serves as a fiscal sponsor for this project, is dedicated to facilitating giving at all levels to improve the quality of life in the Washington metropolitan area. This grant provides funds to hire national experts in juvenile and mental health to help redesign the Washington, D.C. Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services' juvenile justice system.
Juvenile Justice Reform in Arkansas Project
The National Center for Youth Law is a non-profit organization working to improve the foster care, juvenile justice, and health and mental health systems. This grant funds the Center’s work with the Arkansas Department of Youth Services to develop a plan for system-wide reform.
