2008 Voter Protection Program: Removal of Registration and Provisional Ballot Barriers

The Advancement Project uses law, public policy, and strategic communications to help reform inequitable policies that undermine the promise of democracy. This grant supports Advancement’s 2008 Voter Protection Program’s (VPP) efforts in eight states to remove structural barriers in the voter registration process and to ensure that provisional ballots are used and counted properly.
